Project Background

Located in Charlestown, Massachusetts, The Graphic is a two-building modular residential development from Berkeley Investments, delivering a 50,000-square-foot three-story structure with 46 mixed-use units and a 136,000-square-foot five-story residential mid-rise.

Needs

Due to the modular nature of the project, The Graphic needed a construction camera solution that could capture ample amounts of detail-rich images as the project quickly progressed, capturing everything from concrete pours to modular units being lifted into place.
